WOW! is an external employee recognition scheme which aims to raise customer care standards. We encourage all our staff to exceed expectations so that our patients and visitors receive the best possible service and care.

We believe it’s important to identify and reward those individual members of staff or teams who deliver excellent patient experience because this can help to raise our standards further across the entire organisation.

A not-for-profit team, The WOW! Awards help organisations benefit from outstanding customer service by making it easier for you to tell us when our staff are doing a great job. This gives you the opportunity to say ‘thank you’ and our staff the recognition they deserve, inspiring them and other colleagues to deliver a fantastic service all the time.
