Radiology - Results

The majority of examinations are reported on by either a Consultant Radiologist or specially qualified Radiographer within 24 hours of the examination.

The report is then sent to the referring Consultant or GP. It has been agreed that the patient should return to the GP surgery for the results within 7 to 10 working days after the examination, UNLESS advised otherwise.
