100km Challenge

Looking for a new challenge? Why not get involved in our Charity's 100km challenge? Walk, run, cycle or swim 100km in the month of July to raise funds for the Charity.

Last year the 70km Challenge raised more than £5,700 but feedback revealed people wanted an even harder challenge, so this year our Charity have upped the target to 100km!

If you are in a team you can also decide to take the 100km distance as a team target rather than having to complete the distance individually. You can walk, run, swim or cycle the distance (or use a combination of these) and you have the whole of July to do it.

If you're in a team, why not do the challenge in fancy dress, or get a number of people together and do it all in one day – for example, if four people walk from Dorset County Hospital to Weymouth Hospital and back in one day that's 100km (and we will be awarding a special cup to the team which raises the most money)!

Registration is free and we are encouraging everyone to raise a suggested minimum of £50 for the ward of their choice or for the Chemotherapy Appeal

Fundraisers can either set up their own page or link to the Charity's 100km Challenge Just Giving page:

We also have traditional sponsorship forms if you need them and can provide support on anything you need to get you started. On submission of proof of completion of the 100km distance an exclusive 'Challenge Hero' medal and certificate will be sent to you.
