Fully integrated frailty service on the acute medical unit, providing comprehensive geriatric assessment to new medical admissions with frailty.
Falls Pathway from ED to SDEC, to comply with NICE guidance for assessment of patients who fall.
Rapid Access Frailty Clinic to provide timely assessment of patients from the community presenting with frailty syndromes and requiring specialist geriatrician assessment.

Additional information
Outside of work, my main passion is riding my horses in the beautiful Dorset countryside. I also enjoy swimming in the sea all year around, walking and reading a wide variety of fiction and non fiction. I love eating out and going to Dorset pubs with friends and colleagues.
