- the team can help answer any questions about your experience with the hospital
- they can offer advice and support for you, your relatives, carers and friends
- they will listen and respond to your feedback, queries and concerns
- the team are based near the main entrance North Wing Level 1.
- opening hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
