The catering services department provides meals for every patient on the wards across the hospital. All meals are prepared by our trained chefs on the day from fresh ingredients and where suitable, are from produce local to Dorset or the South West.

Fresh milk is delivered daily and comes from farms within 10 miles of the hospital.

We provide our inpatients with breakfast, lunch, supper as well as snacks and hot and cold beverages throughout the day.

Breakfast is continental style with freshly homemade porridge.
