In line with current Government guidance regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are unable to hold face-to-face meetings with patients regarding any concerns they wish to raise. However patients can still raise any concerns by emailing either firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or by leaving a message on the PALS telephone number: 0800 7838058 and a member of the team will be in contact.
Due to the current unprecedented demand on our hospital with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are unable to undertake an investigation into your complaint at this time as the clinical teams have been asked to ensure immediate patient safety care is a priority. Please be assured that your complaint is important to us and will be fully investigated once our clinical teams are able to complete these investigations.
