The Trust has a range of employment policies in place to Support staff and these are available via the intranet. Following the national recommendations made by Baroness Dido Harding in 2019 all NHS Organisations were asked to review their Disciplinary Policy and Procedure. All Trust policies are reviewed every three years, or sooner if required.
