What is our temporary staffing bank?

If you need employment to work around your current lifestyle and help create that work-life balance you are striving to achieve, Dorset County Hospital bank can help you create the flexible working schedule you want.

Bank shifts are available across all our services – enabling you to expand and gain further NHS experience, as well as discovering where the right fit is for you before perhaps deciding you want to sign up permanently.

Our bank offers flexibility to a wide range of professionals to work as and when they want to, including doctors and nurses, midwives, pharmacists and allied health professionals, healthcare assistants, administration, support staff and more.

Whether you would like an occasional shift, bank the hours you require to maintain your professional registration, considering a different role after retirement or planning to return to work after a break - we can help you get the work you want without being tied into contracted hours.
