Mr Goverdhan has for the first time started eye research clinical trials with the help of DCHFT research team and we have been able to complete recruitment and exceeded our target for the new STAR AMD clinical trial (ID 18040).

More Clinical trials are being recruited for which will raise the research profile of the Eye Unit at DCHFT besides supporting Wessex recruitment for clinical trials and provide a diversification of trial portfolios in Ophthalmology.
